Returns
To return a westcoastworkwear product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at sales@westcoastworkwear.co.uk and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
- Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Westcoast Workwear we take pride in the quality of every garment we produce. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to put it right quickly and fairly.
Personalised & Decorated Garments
Because embroidered, printed, and decorated garments are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless the fault or error is on our part.
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will offer you a full replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer:
- Incorrect logo, artwork, or decoration applied
- Embroidery or print quality does not meet a reasonable standard
- Wrong garment, size, or colour supplied
- Damaged or faulty items on arrival
All faults and errors must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. To report a problem, please contact us at sales@westcoastworkwear.co.uk or call 0800 169 2228. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs where possible. We will respond promptly and arrange a resolution without delay.
Where a fault or error is confirmed to be on our part, we will cover all return postage costs.
Blank & Undecorated Items
If you have ordered blank, undecorated garments and wish to return them, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
- Free from any decoration, marks, or alterations
Return postage for blank items is the responsibility of the customer unless the items are faulty or incorrect.
To arrange a return, please contact us at sales@westcoastworkwear.co.uk before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days and returned via your original payment method.
Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use (not as part of a business), your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. You retain the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
For business-to-business transactions, returns and remedies are governed by the terms set out in this policy.
